Small one-owner family barn. Each horse has individual mud free paddock with shelter. The current available shelter w/paddock has its own 100-gallon water tub. All paddocks hav 5/8" gravel. Turnout is available appproximately April-October, weather dependent. Owner feeds your hay twice a day, and will feed any grain/supplement provided. Owner responsible for purchasing quality weed-free hay. Facility has 1 ton hay storage in barn for your horse. Owner responsible for stall pellets if desired for shelter/stall. Horse owner is responsible for paddock cleaning 3 times per week, barn owner willing to negotiate some cleaning. Outdoor lighted arena is 60' by 90'. Trailer parking is limited.
