Sneak Away Riding Center | Full-Care Eventing Barn

Looking for a place where your horse is cared for like an athlete, but still gets to be a horse? Welcome to Sneak Away Riding Center, a full-care English/eventing facility located in Hockley, conveniently located northwest of Houston.

We offer a small, personal barn environment with an emphasis on quality horse care, training, and a relaxed atmosphere. With over 40 years of hands-on experience in horse care, training, and barn management, we understand that every horse is an individual and deserves attentive, consistent care.

Full-care board includes:
• 12’ x 12’ stalls with fans
• Daily turnout on 20 acres of divided pastures
• Premium hay and feed
• Stall cleaning and daily care
• Grooming and wash areas
• Two lessons per week with an experienced trainer
• Individualized attention to each horse’s needs

Our facility is designed with both horse and rider in mind. We have a lighted sand arena for year-round riding and schooling, as well as an outside grass jump course for developing confidence and preparing horses and riders for the show ring. We also have access to a natural swimming hole, providing another option for conditioning and cooling off during the Texas heat.

Sneak Away Riding Center is an active eventing program, and we regularly compete at recognized events throughout the region. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor, developing a young horse, or simply looking to improve your riding and horsemanship, our goal is to provide a supportive environment where both horse and rider can continue to grow.

We believe good boarding is about much more than keeping a horse fed and a stall clean. It’s about knowing the horses in our care, noticing the little things, maintaining consistent routines, and creating an environment where horses can be healthy, happy, and well-rounded.

Our location offers the convenience of being close to the Houston area while providing horses with room to move, turnout, and enjoy the outdoors.

A place to train, compete, learn, and most importantly, enjoy your horse.

A limited number of boarding spaces are currently available. We would love to show you around Sneak Away Riding Center and introduce you to our program!
