Located in a serene, easily accessible countryside setting, our estate blends natural beauty with cutting-edge equestrian technology. We understand that horse ownership is a profound commitment, and competitive training requires precision. That is why we offer an all-inclusive, five-star residential experience for your horse, alongside a monumental 3,000 square meter indoor arena that guarantees optimal training conditions 365 days a year, completely unaffected by extreme weather, summer heat, or winter freezes.
To maintain an atmosphere of unparalleled tranquility and to ensure that every single horse receives meticulous, tailored attention, our facility features an exclusive collection of only 13 premium boxes. This limited capacity transforms our estate from a commercial stable into a highly personalized boutique equestrian haven. Here, your horse is not just another number; they are part of an elite group receiving dedicated, round-the-clock care from our passionate team.
1. The Crown Jewel: Our State-of-the-Art 3,000 SQM Indoor Arena
The centerpiece of our facility is the massive, architecturally advanced indoor riding arena. Spanning an impressive 3,000 square meters, this arena has been engineered to meet international competition standards, providing ample space for Grand Prix dressage patterns, complex showjumping courses, or intensive lunging work simultaneously. With only 13 horses boarded on the entire estate, the arena offers an exceptionally private and uncrowded training environment, allowing you and your trainer to focus entirely without the distractions of a busy commercial yard.
• Advanced Professional Footing: The arena features a premium, multi-layered textile-and-sand footing matrix. This dust-free surface offers unparalleled shock absorption and high stability, drastically reducing the risk of tendon or joint injuries for your horse while ensuring maximum traction and rebound.
• Climate & Ventilation Excellence: Designed with high-clearance ceilings and automated ventilation systems, the arena maintains a comfortable microclimate year-round, staying cool in the summer and shielded from harsh winds and damp cold in the winter.
• Shadow-Free LED Lighting: Equipped with a professional, glare-free overhead LED lighting array, the arena ensures perfectly uniform visibility at any hour of the day or night, eliminating spooky shadows and keeping both horse and rider safe and focused.
• Integrated Viewing Lounge: Overlooking the riding floor is a climate-controlled clubhouse and viewing gallery, perfect for trainers, owners, and guests to watch sessions in absolute comfort.
