Scarlett Hill Stables Co-Op at A&J

À Propos de Cette Installation

One stall available starting November 1st for co-op type board at beautiful boutique farm in Byfield MA. Property includes an indoor arena with LED lighting, rubber chip footing, and gorgeous windows for natural light.
There is a newly renovated tack room / lounge with room for you to bring a tack trunk, and there are plenty of saddle and bridle racks available. Stalls are matted, each have two water buckets, and permanently installed fans for the summer heat.
Horses get all day turnout in individual paddocks with run-in shelters in each one. There is access to some trails right off property, or if horse is road safe, the Parker River trail system is about an 8 minute walk down quiet back roads. There is also an outdoor wash rack, and the feed room has detailed whiteboards for organization. Licensed trainer and instructor on site at an additional cost, or bring your own. Cost is $350 just for the stall, with additional split costs of hay.
Each boarder has their own account through Essex County Co-Op for hay/grain/shavings, and is responsible for 3 shifts per week.
