Located in Sutton, Alaska, mile 64 on the Glenn Hwy.
$400 per horse per month.
Board for 3 horses/ herd setting, no stalls.
Access to Timothy hay 24/7 with alfalfa put out 2x a day. 24/7 access to clean fresh water. 24/7 access to pink salt as well. Can feed boarder supplied grain 1-2x a day.
Paddock is roughly 127 feet long and roughly 55 feet wide. The lean-to shed is 12feet wide and 17feet long.

Will have access to the trail system around the property. King river trail is roughly 1.5 miles down the road as well.
There are three ties to groom and tack up at.
Will have storage for 2 saddles and 2 saddle pads and at least 2 bridles/halters per horse.
Paddock will be cleaned daily.(This is a full care board)
Multiple people live on site as well.
