• Ample turnout on lush well maintained pastures

• Grain of your choice 2x daily/always fed separately in stalls, they are not fence fed

• Free-choice timothy/alfalfa square bale hay (no rounds)

• 2 Run-in stalls equipped with fans/bedding, cleaned daily

• 3 Grooming and bathing wash stalls

• Fly boots/masks/fly spray applied and removed as needed, customer provided

• Blanketing during cold weather

• Freedom to use the veterinarian and farrier of your choice, holding available

• Free trailer parking

• Arena

• Permanent stalls, cleaned daily, used for feeding, bad weather and rehab.

• Overnight horse accommodation available with current UTD vaccinations and coggins.
