Horse board available. Casually looking for 1 boarder for late fall. We are a small peaceful, private barn offering 1 spot for indoor board, near Coldwater, Ontario. Farm best suites retired, semi-retired, rehab horses or those looking to enjoy their horse in a quiet setting. No indoor arena. Paddocks are mucked daily during the warmer months and cleaned out in the spring. 70ft x 140ft fenced outdoor sand ring with lights regularly harrowed.. We offer 24/7 attentive, personalized care and treat all horses like our own.

- 24/7 quality hay/very limited grass
- 24/7 fresh water (heated in winter)
- Large matted stalls bedded with dust-free shavings
- 2x’s quality grain feedings per day ( individual feed program)
- Blankets/fly mask changes if provided (one on and one off, it’s okay if you can’t make it up, your horse will be dressed appropriately)
- Administering meds/supplements when required and provided
- Horses are checked on regularly throughout the day with a 10 pm night check.
-bring your own coach (must provide proof of insurance) or use ours
-Bring your own vet/ farrier or use ours
- long turn out rain or shine, will bring in if server weather
- small amount of trails on property available with more to come this fall.

Friendly mature environment. Knowledgeable, 40 plus years experience. Also offered on site or off Tensegrity Balancing Therapy including fascia and nerve release, Energy/Reiki for horses and owner/riders. Owner lives on site. References available. $550.00 plus hst
