Exclusive use private yard

关于本马厩

For sole use I have approximately 3 acres of grazing which includes a small wood giving excellent natural shelter. The majority of the fencing is post and wire. The field contains an automatic water trough fed by a natural spring. There is a very dry large gated field shelter. À portion of the field has hard standing to accommodate à horse box or trailer. Included is a very large ( 55 mtr Sx 25 mtrs approximately)professionally built silica sand and rubber, fenced riding arena. The field is surrounded by farmland and is extremely quiet and safe for livestock.
